Quite surprised by this as my diet in the last few days have been shitting.
Didn't workout as hard either.
Got another busy week at the bakery coming up + menstruation + my birthday this week..... pray for my caloric intake 😭
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
