Really need to get my head into this. My weight has sky rocketted. Now hoping to loose 10 lbs by nov 1st. Thats when we are going to Mexico.
Not sure what to do. Biggest problem, eating when not hungry, and not getting enough excersize.
So hopeing will make it through the first day of low carb, that seems to work. Hope everyone has a wonderful day
