Got down to 198 by Friday, went to Vegas and this morning I ended up at 205 :-( all the drinking and buffets. Sigh. At least I can exercise now so back to work, not many more days left in January.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
