Looking at my chart, I progressively started eating more throughout the week. I was back at maintenance calories by Friday 😔 #Sushi I'm going to try harder this week to stay at the 1,700 intake goal. All things considered I had a pretty good week.
I'm starting a new 1 week Pilates + HIIT challenge this week in addition to strength training. Wish me luck 😁 Weight in: 180 Avg 6 days: 180
