They say to loose weight and maintain a healthy metabolism...you should eat like a king for breakfast, a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner. So I have been eating my lunch meal for breakfast and my oatmeal for lunch. 3 snacks a day (yogurt, fruit or rice cake) and I appear to be loosing wieght again. I cant eat breakfast foods in the am. (like eggs and such) so I have been eating chicken, fish or hamburger pattys with salad, vegi or cottage cheese for my breakfast. It's been really hard, cuz I am not used to eating so much first thing in a.m.......but the scales prove its working!!!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
