Definitely felt better today during my workout.
Had some vegan protein powder + almond milk with a bit of carbs (cereal) on the side.
Weigh in: 180.4
Weigh in: 179.6 (yesterday)
My body is adjusting slowly to the slight decrease in calories.
I plan on starting 1 tbsp of AVC in the morning.
181.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
