its been a week since I posted my weight. it went up some after having a few drinks last weekend at all the events I had going on. I didn't have to much at all but any at all seem to pack the bounds on me. im pretty satisfied that after a week im back to where I started last week. and not to continue the downward climb. ill get there. trying not to go to drastic as I know I can eat under 500 cal and get it off. not that hard to eat only 500. but if I eat real food and have a snack hear and here ill be ok. I wasn't going to eat the brownie last night but my daughter made them to surprise me. Sooo..
159.7 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
