Avg weight between yesterday and today.
I've been in maintenance for the past 3.5 months.
Now it's time for a small cut to (hopefully) drop some body fat without losing the strength and muscle gains.
New daily intake: 1,700
I intend to maintain my current weekly average protein intake: 95g
While cutting out some of the excess sugars (I run a bakery and struggle with over-snacking).
181.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
