I need to figure out how to go into a cut and maintain muscle mass and strength.
I wouldn't mind seeing the scale numbers decrease but not at the expense of the strength I've developed.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
