At 177 this morning, still doing ok. I'm fairly certain I'm still working out all the junk I ate this weekend while I was hanging with family and friends.
This is also the week I cut back on beer, and I mean it this time. That's the #1 thing holding me back. I have some beers (empty calories) then decide I need to eat two double-stacks from Burger King :/
So this weekend it's chilling out and eating right.
