Dropped to 200 lbs but I know it's related to my being sick and my loss of appetite. There is a lot of carbs in the juice and meds that I have taken so I wasn't sure what to expect. Overall my RDI was under because I found it hard to eat - I kept it healthy when I did eat though. Still battling my cold - I think the worse is over! Have a great day all.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh! My! Gawd! That was a big drop in weight! 10 lbs in a week? Lordie mercy, Jenn! I hope you are feeling much better. Hugs!

Feeling a bit better mom! The first part of the weight loss was attributed to refocusing on low carb eating, drinking lots of water, etc. The sudden drop in the last 3 lbs was definitely related to being sick so I expect I will likely regain it :).

Shhhhhh! Maybe not! LOL! :) The nasty germ going around takes a few weeks to recover. You will get there.
