The stretch marks on my sides/legs are gone!!! There is stretch marks on my belly still, but they are WAY less red and deep. They're at least 50% more pale.

I keep yoyoing from 64 to 69, but I think I can manage not going overboard this weekend. Yes, there is a birthday party (a double birthday party, for my brother and bro in law) but I'll try not to cheat TOO drastically.

So I'm almost at 20lbs lost. That's my next goal in my head. On paper, I've set to goal to 160. Should take about... what, a month? Maybe a month and a half if I do poorly... 2 months if I really am terrible.

Perhaps I should set a goal for my birthday, May 28. That's in 58 days.I think I had a goal originally, but I forgot what it was.

let's say -0.5 lbs a week.

That would mean I could lose 16.5 lbs by then, if I lose an average of 0.5lbs a week.

164-16 (forget the .5) = 148

To push the fairness even more, my goal could be 150 by my birthday.

I tend to not do very well, though, so I want to give myself a range, because some is better than none.

goal range by May 28: 150-155

Just remember, this is not a linear process. Sometimes you can go a week or two with seemingly no change, then all of the sudden, a big drop. Sometimes it may look like a heartbeat pattern. Don’t let any of those get you down or distract your from your plan. Patience and consistency are the too biggest factors. Keeping protein high also helps significantly. Best of luck with your weekend, and your goal!
