Good afternoon. It's been a long time since I've seen this weight. I have been consistently at 137-142 lbs and had become a bit discouraged at not being able to get the weight off. Now, I've changed what I'm eating, doing a different regiment of exercises and when I finally saw 135 lbs., I felt a lot better. Now it's remaining consistent. My mission is to have defined abs by March 2024. I'm starting a abs meal plan on Monday. Sending positive thoughts and vibes to achieving this goal. Thanks.
