So very happy my health has improved by 110% during this weight loss journey. 138 puts me a touch away from a normal BMI. Unbelievable even to me. It has put great new goals and thoughts in my head! Thank You Jesus!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
