water water water....goooooood morning....todays journal is about water intake an knowing that an increase in weight when your eating right an exercising...is probably just water weight...an example...yesterday before going to brians to do rockscaping..i weighed myself...was 3 pounds above 293....had extra water knowing i would lose it out in the humid day...temps im guessin in the 100s..or so...drank 2 more bottles while out for 4 hours in the sun...came home an weighed...and soon as i got home weighed again just outta curiousity...was down 5 pounds...this morning still down...but have started on my weight routine again..so i kno weight will climb some as i gain muscle once again...so just gonna wait till tomow to weigh in...its knowing how much water weighs and knowing how much to drink to keep hydrated...and not feeling fuzzy headed...i dont drink the 63 oz like i once did...water is in most thiings you eat...usually i have 4 bottles of water, less i drink green tea ...then its less...just depends on what i have that day and how i workout to work the water back off....well...todays another hot an humid one...heat warning...temps suppose to be 110...advisory to stay in an stay cool....im thinkin of weed wacking the yard today an cutting it tomow...but will wait an see what the weather is suppose to be tomow...still to early to make plans....have a great one..
293.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
