I set a goal of 1800 calories a day so I would eat better at meal times. I know me. If I don't feel full I'll go back and snack and "justify" the extra calories. Well, looks like my plan has worked because I showed a loss for the week. Also I have started back with my exercise. My goal is to exercise at least thirty minutes a day five days a week. I will get there!
253.2 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
