Still FIGHTING THE FIGHT!!! It's been a tough month for me... My food choices and food logging has not been very good lately, and the scale shows it. I don't feel very good either, but I'll get back to my goal weight again SOON!!!

Last night I found a picture of myself BEFORE I lost the 50 pounds that you all helped me to lose, and OMG... WAS I FAT!!! That picture IS the motivation I will need to get back to and perhaps surpass my goal weight as I did a few months ago.

"Before" pictures, ugh. A nice little reminder of why we do this day after day, setback after setback. You'll be back to goal in no time :)

Just keep repeating the words you tell me mike, I am sorry you are not feeling well. I hope you get better soon, and remember you have, can, and will do this.

A before picture is a nice incentive,to help you lose those unwanted pounds.I used a size 8 pair of jeans from my closet, to get me to my goal weight. You can do it!
