Holding, feeling good, still working out and more mindful of my eating! God is great! Hang in there all is good. I know some may look at my weight and think there is work to be done, but for me and height and body shape this is a great weight! Like I said I am healthy, I feel good and look good! What more can you want. I like some curves and don't want to be a bean pole. LOL I embrace this body and try my best to take care of it to best of my ability. Have a blessed week!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
