Came here several months ago because I had gotten fat and needed to lose 20lbs. With the help of fatsecret I accomplished my goal. Now that I've torn down the weight my goal is to gain twenty pounds but in a healthy way. I want to return to 170 but while working out and eating right along the way. Since I've left fat secret I've had no trouble maintaining my weight. It seems my body/ stomach has become used to whatever keeps me stable and I can eat just about anything I want and stay the same.

I am looking forward to seeing how this weight gain experiment works. My goal is to slightly improve on or keep my body build while adding 20 lbs to my frame. We'll see how this goes.
