1900 appears to be my maintenance calories and not enough of a deficit to facilitate weight loss.
At this point I'm mostly ok with my weight remaining as is. My body is changing in other ways which are satisfactory.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
