Will be going to Kin for 3 days... as always a challenge as concerns eating choices. Am taking DVD exercises with me, so that will help. Hope to get in a good walk this morning before leaving.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
