I had a good weekend as far as eating healthy and I did do a lot of exercise. I am slowly losing the weight and that to me is good. I am hoping that I will be able to keep it off once I get to my goal weight.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
