Still in maintenance - frankly I'm waiting another two weeks before going headlong back into my WL plan.
I just cant stand the madness at the gym this time of year and I'm interested in maintaining now in order to create a habit of maintaining my weight for the rest of my life once at a healthy weight
for this week snow clearing is my gym - that and walking our 80# beast of a dog (she's a friendly beast)
147.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Going back to the gym today, haven't been due an injury and then the holidays. Should be interesting. I joined this gym last February and couldn't go until march due to pneumonia. The little community center closer to my house I'm sure is busy, at least the cardio and circuit area, the weight room never seems to be busy.
