Great job on keeping it steady. In some ways, keeping it off is more critical than taking it off in the first place!

Thank you writingwyo! Unfortunately I gained a few lbs back and haven’t made much progress getting back to goal. But I will get there. At least I’m not gaining. Staying on FS helps keep me from ballooning up again after I get too comfortable in maintenance
