I was hungry all day yesterday! I ate my breakfast at my usual 7am, lunch shake early at 10am, nuts at 1pm, then "dinner" at 3pm because I was hungry again, not just craving. I would have consumed 1100kcals only if I hadn't broken one of my rules by eating again after 8pm for a total of 1700 kcals which is obviously excessive for me.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
