I feel defeated. I haven't been meal planning this past week or so because I have so many distractions, and my weight yo-yoed when I was.
234.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1261 kcal Fat: 62.82g | Prot: 79.98g | Carb: 107.23g.   Breakfast: Great Value Pure Maple Syrup, Van's Gluten Free Ancient Grains Waffles, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Elevate Protein Powder, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Bananas. Lunch: Mozzarella Cheese, Burger King Onion Rings (Small), Burger King Marinara Sauce , Burger King Chicken Strips (5). Dinner: Late July Grain Free Tortilla Chips Sea Salt, Shredded Mild Cheddar, Ortega Original Taco Sauce, Taco Meat, Lettuce Salad with Tomato. Snacks/Other: Deviled Egg. more...

Even if you can’t meal plan you can look at the food in front of you and determine an appropriate portion that will still allow you to stay within striking distance of where you would like your macros to be.
