Yesterday was a good day. I had a great weight lifting work out and I cut the grass, which is always a great workout. I had a banana split, which was so good! I stayed within my calorie, fat and sodium ranges!

Yesterday's workout -
30 minutes of upper arm weights
100 crunches

Measurements
Body Fat% - 22.8
Muscle Mass - 41.9
Body Water - 58.3
Bone Mass - 4.8
134.8 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
