Happy New Year!!! It has been two weeks since I last signed in. I had a nice vacation from work, and decided to take a vacation from everything. I was almost completely off the grid for two weeks. It felt really good. I needed a recharge. As for my little gain.... I will take care of that in the next couple of weeks. I got back on track with exercising and will get this back to the downward trend. But as for a 4 pound increase, I am ecstatic that it is only 4 pounds. I felt that I did very well with myself over the holidays. I could have drank more water and did a little more working out, but other than that, I was very pleased with all that I had to do. I hope you all are doing well, and I hope you all had a great holiday. Back to the grind. Work calls. Have a great day everyone.
268.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Already working on it. Did my workout this morning, then took a 2 mile walk at the mall going up and down steps and ramps. Gotta keep it going.
