Finding it difficult to get out ..... wind is hard & constant,brutally cold!
179.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This is such a tough time of the year but I know you will do it.

I don't know how much space you have available in your home, or the kind of workouts your prefer, but I've found there are a lot of good workout videos on youtube. Presently I don't have access to a car, so I haven't been able to get out and go to my Zumba class. However, I found several videos on youtube that I can play on my laptop and do at home :)

Thanks Bella :) Appreciate the suggestions Kitty,Letty & Bill, I do need more room here :) I can lie down on the floor but there isnt much room there to move about. I *will* think of something.

Looking for stand up ideas. May just need to suck it up & march in place & continue the off the floor core work.
