The holidays are over and a new year is upon us. the weight gain could of been worse but I'm confident getting back on schedule will get me back down again. it's time to refocus and get in shape for spring now.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
