Now that the holidays are out of the way, it's time to get back to work and be serious again about my lifestyle change! So, I'll be eating healthier and leaner in 2015!
177.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

960 kcal Fat: 19.75g | Prot: 45.50g | Carb: 154.50g.   Lunch: Hormel Fully Cooked Bacon, Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt - Strawberry, silk cashewmilk, General Mills Raisin Nut Bran Cereal. Dinner: Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain Cinnamon Swirl Bread with Raisins, Healthy Choice Ravioli Marinara Bake, Green Giant Healthy Weight (Sliced Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Black Beans And Edamame with Butter Sauce). Snacks/Other: NOS High Performance Energy Drink. more...
