holding Steady in all areas. Ill take it giving the Christmas foods and baking and then my ex boyfriend contacting me to work it out. ugg No. just made me cry again but stood my ground. Going back will just cause a bigger broken heart later.

157.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb. Still to go: 12.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Stay strong Niki, even if you do end up together again the old problems won't go away, they will come back up again as soon as the honeymoon faze would be over.
