Last night I ended up eating more than my initial serving of Jacked up Doritos. Salt... and Doritos... and no weight loss. I'll be more vigilant today. I want to walk another long one. Its cool but beautiful around here. About 50-60 degrees during the day, although it gets down to the 20s at night. I love walking when its cool.
177.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

J likes the jacked ones too. I think the dorito people were told, "we want more of the orange stuff on each chip!" And they complied. The good news is there are fewer chips in the bag, so all you're missing in the end is a few naked tortillas. I think taco is the best, and I don't feel ripped off on the chips. I try not to overindulge, but doritos and the salt they carry are allowed on my diet. I would imagine in your area, you could probably find homemade tortilla chips easily. Do you get those sometimes to have with a fab fresh salsa?

I love walking in the cooler weather as well! Need to get motivated to add gym machine to routine! great job on keeping exercise routine going! - foonote- Dorito chips are a favorite of mine also!

Whenever I can reasonably exercise putdoors, I will do that instead. Fresh air does wonders for me and doesn't feel like a chore.

I agree, Kristin! Although, that being said, HGTV does wonders for the spirits as well! ;)
