Grow with Jo walking cardio - I did alot of it this week combined with strength workouts from other trainers.
Fell off the wagon a bit yesterday - I logged most junk I ate but I definitely need to get that part under control.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
