Woot Woot!! SB phase One is working!!!

I am very pleased with my weight loss. I guess my only worry is that I will gain it all back once I go to the second phase. ??? Does anyone know if that's true or not?
UPSIDE: feeling great! This is the first time I've had a weight loss that is mostly happening around the dreaded stomach area! My muffin top is receding.. hurrah! haha I've also heard that the weight loss picks up in the second week. look out!
DOWNSIDE: If I never eat turkey bacon or eggs after this next week I'm not sure I'll be sad. UGH.

**By the way, I read on an online forum that Diet Coke is acceptable for phase one. ALL THAT SELF-INDUCED TORTURE FOR NOTHING!! aaaahhh!

in phase 2 the weight loss does slow because you are actually loosing weight more than water...it should slow to a pound or two per week and then slow again... when you go to add your items back in ... add one per day per week...if you eat it in the am and you have cravings try it the next day in the afternoon or after dinner and see how that works...then the next week do the same with both items...it is a slow process but so worth it...good luck

The tummy area is sooooooo hard to get rid of, isn't it? It's very stubborn fat, for sure!

6 lbs. that's awesome and a great motivator to continue. Good luck with Phase 2. You may not lose as much as quickly but you will lose. Don't get upset if you don't show a loss..you may stay where you are some weeks. I think I stayed at the same for 4 weeks but eventually it does happen. Just keep with the program. Are you exercising? That will help with the muffin top but that also takes time. Be patient. You will win.
