YMCA Scale:190 On Friday I weight in at 185

This week my plan is to workout everyday befor work aleast a hr, Also only eat cook meals no fastFd.

I know my weight is alil off do to the Egg nog & alcohol that I had yesterday Since I'm off Thurs I'll try to weight in again on Wed
190.0 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Laque's, You are rocking it at the YMCA with your AMT's!! Trust me once you start eating things that you make at home, it will get easier and easier to stay away from fast food that you won't even want it at all. It just takes time. Plus you can make some of those a whole lot skinny and healthier at home. I use Pinterest, Recipe Rehab, Cooking Light and Greatlist for some great home cooking. Keep up your persistence and it will pay off!
