Good morning everyone!!! I've decided to change my abs routine from the 12 minute workout to Coach Kenny's video of a 1:38 routine. I'm starting off slow because it's really intense. Goal: toned abs by March. 😁😁😁💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
135.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
