Happy Friday,

Life sometimes it is so Amazing. Sometimes it totally sucks. Sometimes it is somewhere in the middle. That is why we all need to live it enjoy it and be the best human we can be.
187.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The present is a gift.... I wish I could be the type that lives in the present but for me it is generally just a byproduct of the past and something to dream away in order to have a future. That is a very bad thing to do and I am trying to work on that. To enjoy the present is to enjoy life :)

Do the best with what we've got each day to be the best person we can be and make the best of our circumstances, try to be kind to others. That makes a pretty good day if we can do that. And yup, nice weight loss.

Yes and thank you all. Also if you are 50 with a bad back don't sit in a pre schoolers chair for to long it killed my back I didn't realize those little chair legs are only like 8 inches off the ground
