Not too bad, 4 lbs. I probably could have made the 5 lbs a week I am trying for if I did not have a day of constant low blood sugars. I believe it was Tuesday, I could not get my bs above 110 and kept dropping as low as 45. I ate all my normal meals and still had more food listed in the snack column than the meal section combined. (use the snack section to record my low bs treatments)
251.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Since you're losing weight, it might be time to talk to your medical professionals about adjusting your dosage.

4 lbs is great! 2-3 are what most people are able to do without doing something extreme so you should be happy with 4! That's awesome!
