I made the mistake of eating spaghetti and garlic bread after reaching 1200 calories yesterday. It just smelled so good after my husband heated his up. I'm also near the beginning of menstration can explain why I wasn't losing weight despite my efforts.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
