Well here we go all I am doing is adding a daily weight to see the variance of it from day to day official day for me is still Friday :)
191.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I use an excel spread sheet and formulas to see the trends.

Never thought of of automating my stuff that might be a good idea. Like I have said, I am good with the weight I'm at my original goal was 195 which I achieved when I hit 190 I thought well hell I'll change it to 185 and now I know I am stil exercising the same and eating a bit more but I am comfortable where I am.
