The scale didn't move a single gram, could I be stuck again? about 3 or 4 weeks ago I ws stuck and then I found ways to make my body work again, well at least I didn't gain, this week I'll train harder and change the meal plans to see if I can loose some pounds before the heavy part of the Holiday season begins.
