First weigh in of the new year. Looking forward to seeing if I can make a lasting change in my relationship with food (this time). Tracking my food intake honestly certainly motivates me to make healthier choices, and even if I have a setback, I just have to log it and move on, instead of relapsing for 3 months or more. Happy New Year.
228.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
