Cozy Corner's Journal, 26 August 2009

This is actual Day 9 for me (first day of Fat Smash Phase II). I lost over 6 pounds! I followed the diet almost perfectly, the only thing that I didn't follow was the cheese intake. I ate a little more than I was supposed to but it was always skim/lowfat. Also, as a snack I ate yogurt covered raisins. Not allowed but I needed SOMETHING!
163.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
