I'm considering the Mediterranean/Mayo Clinic diet because they are the highest rated for sustainable weight loss. I need sustainability to get to my goal weight and keep it.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 102.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
