I tried some different foods this past week which didn't work out so well. I gained 1 lb this past week. Last week I lost 11 lbs. Looks like I need to duplicate last weeks diet plan. Oh well, keep working.
353.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
