Starting over again. Just got frustrated with it all and quit for about 3 months. Gained almost 20lbs. NEVER AGAIN. I am using visualization to help me stay on track. Meditation, yoga, strength training, and cardio. No shortcuts in this.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

That combination of activities will be key to your success, but remeber fat loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise! You can do it!
