Amazed to see 151 this morning. It's raining, but its 76 and breezy today, so MAYBE a walk before the gym? I want to do the TRX training straps, but at the same time is the fun Zumba class! Will go to one of them, then in the cardio room and then water aerobics. I am so looking forward to a holiday season without the 10+ pound weight gain that I have had for the past 30 or so years (from right before Halloween to after New Years) I am NOT cooking Txg; MIL wants whole family at K&W cafeteria/restaurant. So OK! I will just have some gravy-less (new word) turkey and a bite of veg that isn't swimming in butter or grease. NO DESERT. I know my tracker says one weight, but its just because I screwed it up when I tried to change diet title. Look way down it, I have truly lost 100 pounds and I feel fantastic. My holiday wish is for others to realize their dream on becoming healthy and to reach their weight goals. :D
