I am so excited to be back home!! I spent the summer working at a summer camp for adults with special needs. Though it was an amazing summer and each one ends up being better than the previous, it's always nice to get back home and vow to get back on track with your weight loss goals.

That being said, the food at camp was AWFUL in terms of calories, fat, and overall healthiness. Though I only ate one serving most meals, and didn't finish them all most of the time, I still gained weight, even after walking around camp all day and drinking nothing but water and sweating my butt off! That alone should tell you the food was anything but good for you!

Back at home though, I have went to the grocery store and bought all kinds of fruits and veggies and healthy stuff and vow to start cooking all my meals and knowing exactly what is going into my body (again) starting now! I am anxious to see the progress and instead of weighing myself everyday, I have chosen Monday's to be the day!

It's Monday, and though I've gained 10 lbs in 2 1/2 months, I am going to reach my goal, one day at a time!

188.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
