I had 2 shakes and 1 bar yesterday and it apparently didn't make me stall.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1312 kcal Fat: 104.62g | Prot: 62.83g | Carb: 44.21g.   Breakfast: Boiled Egg, trader joe guacamole, Mini Pearl Grape Tomatoes. Lunch: Organic Blue Cheese Dressing, Hard Salami, cauliflower raw, broccoli raw, yellow pepper, romaine lettuce. Dinner: mini pearl grape tomato, Angus Third Pounder with Mushroom & Swiss (NO BUN). Snacks/Other: slim fast lo carb, Atkins Advantage Caramel Double Chocolate Cruch Bar. more...
